Dear Joseph and Lucia,

I was very concerned this morning when I saw the news reports about the bus accident yesterday with the Woodville track and field team. There were conflicting reports as to if it was just the boys or girls too. Lucia, I’ve been thinking all morning trying to figure out a way to make sure you are ok. Even if you are fine, I hate the thought of you going through a scary crash like that.

Michèle saw the news last night, but waited to tell me anything just in case she could make sure you are ok. I know there are some readers of this blog at the county hospital. If I could find out from one of them that you are ok, it would be a great relief.

And as always, I’ll wait to hear from you. I pray for both of you every day.
